4人組インストゥルメンタルバンド。
Rock / Alternative / House / Gospel / Game Music と、
それぞれ異なるルーツを持つ4人が、
ソロもボーカルも置かない編成で活動。
2025年8月に1st EP「woven」、
2026年8月に1st Album「capo」をリリース。
録音・ミックス・マスタリングは上原翔が手がけ、
アルバムはMUSIC inn Fujieda・
Studio Happinessで収録された。
自主企画をこれまでに2回開催し、
それぞれ100名を動員。
2026年9月には
1st Album リリースパーティーとして、
bohemianvoodoo を迎えたライブを開催する。
Formed in 2024, hei apōpō is a four-piece instrumental band based in Tokyo. The four members come from different backgrounds — rock, alternative, house, gospel and game music — and play in a format with no solos and no vocals.
Their first EP, woven, was released in August 2025, followed by their first album, capo, in August 2026. Both were recorded, mixed and mastered by Sho Uehara, with the album tracked at MUSIC inn Fujieda and Studio Happiness.
The band has self-produced two of its own shows to date, each drawing an audience of 100. In September 2026 they will host a release party for the album with bohemianvoodoo.
The name comes from te reo Māori: “see you tomorrow.”
